The Feature Alignment Document we use at Ambiki

This is our Feature Alignment Document at Ambiki which we updated and simplified at the start of this year when we switched to our new product development process.

We emphasize breaking projects into smaller parts, with the maximum duration for a subproject set at two weeks. Each subproject is accompanied by a Feature Alignment Document.

These Feature Alignment Documents are drafted prior to the warm-up week.
